Jimmy is a little guy with Down Syndrome who was stricken with AML in January 2007. He had a series of setbacks since beginning chemotherapy, including a cardiac arrest, need for a trache, and acute respiratory distress, to name a few. While we’ll never get the “same” Jimmy back, we’re so blessed that God has allowed him to remain in our care for the 11 extra years that He has granted us, so far. Jimmy remains in remission and his prognosis is excellent thanks to all who have helped find treatments and cures in the past. Our battle seems to be over, thank God. But, there are too many children who are still fighting. Please donate any amount to give those kids the same opportunity to live that Jimmy was given.
