Braxton was diagnosed in January 2019 with Burkitts Lymphoma this is a very rare cancer here in the United States. I took him to his pediatrician cause all of sudden one night started snoring really hard and loud. This was very out of the blue for him something inside of me just knew this wasnt a normal sounding snore for anyone. His doctor thought he seen what was an abcess between his tonsils and adenoids and sent us straight to the ENT. After being seen there we were taken to surgery that same day to drain what everyone thought was an abcess but when he got in there it wasnt. He took a biopsy and we waited all weekend. We got the call on January 14 that changed our world. As from that day it has been a whirlwind of hospital stays, doctor visits, labs, test and everything else. We are currently in treatment and still have a ways to go . There has been good days and bad but he has been a champ through it all. We cannot wait til he is back to his loving and outgoing self again. He is 5 years old and can melt your heart with his big brown eyes and long eye lashes.
