On April 7th, 2018,after a week of Allison not feeling well we received a call that would change our lives forever. We were told that Allison had Leukemia and that we needed to take her Golisano Children’s hospital in Syracuse, NY. That was the beginning of this journey that we never wanted to take. The care and treatment that Allison has received at Golisano has been amazing. We are very fortunate to be able to say that Allison is in maintenance now and has been doing very well. I’m certain that St. Baldricks has contributed to some of the cancer research that has helped Allison get to the point that she is at. We are very thankful for the quick discovery by her pediatricians at Riverview Pediatrics and the amazing care that she has received from the Doctors and Nurses at Golisano. Thank you for reading our story and please consider donating or participating in a St. Baldricks event.
