If Peyton were to remain cancer free for the rest of her life or if she were to succumb to her disease tomorrow, we know without a doubt that she BEAT cancer. It has never taken the strength of her spirit, the brilliance of her smile, the joy that she gives to all those around her and those are the weapons that she has used to defeat her cancer. We are so grateful to a powerful Lord that she remains in remission through the remainder of her treatment, which should end summer of 09.
Her greatest loves are music, singing and dancing, spending time with the people she loves. I think that even at a young age she understands that love is a precious gift that you can't take for granted. We never know what she might say or do, she lives to embarrass us and to thrill us. We are so proud of her for what she has endured with laughter in her heart.
