Nevaeh was full of life! She always brought a smile to our
faces and kept us laughing. She could be found looking for excitement,
had a huge passion for life, never wanting to miss out on anything. She loved riding horses, doing flips and hand stands, riding her bike and jumping
on trampolines. She enjoyed playing basketball with her brother and
playing dress up and putting on make up with her sisters. She also
had a love for music...Jesus Loves Me... was one of her favorites.
Nevaeh underwent numerous chemo treatments, radiation,
a stem cell rescue and numerous transfusions and surgeries. She
relapsed on April 5, 2006 and was called "home" on October 6, 2006, two
weeks before her fifth birthday. Amazingly, she rarely complained and
as long as Dora the Explorer was playing in the hospital room
and she could get her nails done, she was happy.
Nevaeh, which is heaven spelled backwards, and Amor means love, was
a true reflection of Heaven's Love. We miss her so much and are very
blessed to have had her in our lives!
God Bless you all for helping
support such a wonderful cause.
