My Story
Update - 12/16/2022
"Forever 8 our Nono boy.
On Friday night, with a little smile on his face, Noah left us to be with his sister.
There was no sweeter child, who loved to see good things happen to others, who was so easy going, happy, and never wanted for anything."
Original Message:
When his sister was battling her brain tumor, Noah became depressed and was mimicking his sister's symptoms. He complained of headaches in the same spot as his sister's but his gait was slightly off. When we were visiting his sister, Kalea, in the oncology unit at the hospital, we had the doctor do a quick examination of Noah. He advised us to go down to the emergency room and get an MRI. They also found a tumor in the fourth ventricle of his brain. He was diagnosed on June 21st and had surgery on June 25th. Like his sister, he was diagnosed as having a grade 4 medulloblastoma brain tumor. They are the first siblings to be diagnosed with this type of brain tumor at the same time.
