My Story

The night we lost April rocked many lives and souls. She was given 6 months to live and she almost made it. She was diagnosed with a glioblastoma on her optic nerve and fought a good fight. She was a wonderful tap dancer, smart student, a perfect daughter, and the best friend a girl could ask for. She died at 14 years old and while that was over 20 years ago, many of her friends and family can still hear her voice and laughter, and see her smile. She had one of the most rare cancers a child could get. Please consider donating in hopes of offering more resources to research so families and children don't have to suffer this much. She lives on forever in the stars, flowers, breezes, waves, animals...and in all of us. Love is Life.
