My Story

Jacob was diagnosed with osteosarcoma the summer of his junior year 2016. Osteosarcoma is bone cancer. It began in his right leg around his knee. He began extensive chemotherapy at St Louis Children's Hospital. The cancer has recurred two more times. December 21st 2017 he had to have his right leg amputated. He is currently a senior at Jackson High School and will graduate in May 2018. We are strong, brave and positive as we move forward. Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
