My son, Jake, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma 1/06/05 at the age of 5 months. He endured 8 cycles of chemotherapy and an 8 hour surgery on his first birthday! That life saving surgery put our little hero into remission. It has been almost two years now and he is the most amazing, sweetest, funniest child. I could not imagine a moment without him. He loves pipes ( any kind: pvc piping, pipes on automobiles you name it), trucks, dinosaurs, baseball, and his Papa, and many other things. He is all boy and the joy in our heart. We feel extremely blessed to have him in our lives. And we are so thankful for foundations like St. Baldricks's who help provide money for research. Without research, my son would not be here right now. Please help these children enjoy many tomorrows!
