My Story

Reese was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on February 10, 2016. He is an extraordinary young man whose perspective and spiritual gifts reach far beyond his years. Reese serves God by serving others; he stands up for those who may not have the physical strength or confidence to do so on their own, and the kid is a flat out BEAST (hence his nickname: Reese the Beast)! He has the incredible ability to meet people where they are and to help them realize their best. He is a born leader! Whether Reese is checking an opponent in lacrosse, stepping into the batter's box in a big game, or making killer calzones in the kitchen, he has a signature "smirk" which immediately inspires confidence in those around him and is his way of stating: "I got this people!" Reese's leadership, compassion, and strength are blessings indeed and ones that have been modeled for him by his family for years. His teammates Paul, Christy, and Max are simply GOLD. Their faith, commitment, dedication, and sacrifice have been felt throughout our community for over a decade. They are angels on earth to so many. Thank you for supporting Reese and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
