Louis "Louie" Vanderslice was diagnosed with TCell Lymphoblastic Leukemia on May 1st, 2015. He spent his first three months of treatment inpatient battling liver, kidney, and respiratory failure. He additionally went through six months of an intense physical, occupational, and speech therapy rehabilatation program. 18 months into treatment, Louie relapsed. He has been on and off a variety of unsuccessful chemotherapy treatments, including experimental study drugs. He remained inpatient from October of 2016 until February 2017, when the family was told there was nothing more they could do. After a wish trip to Disney, Louie is now in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by his family, and in hospice care. With your donation you could help future children like Louie and the other kids currently effected by this horrible disease.
