It was a sad day when I was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia in October 2016. It was a life changing event that will forever live in my memory. However, through this unexpected journey, I have learned how truly lucky I am. I am lucky for all the prayers and support from my family, friends, and the community that I have received.
With the research provided by St. Baldrick's Foundation, I know I am getting the best treatments possible. I have a strong chance of curing this disease and living a long and happy life.
