My Story

After 2 years of growing his hair out, Vinny decided to donate it to Wigs for Kids in March of 2016 to help support children battling cancer that lose their hair due to the side effects of chemo. A little over a month later, and an unexpected ER visit, Vinny became one of those children that he graciously donated to.
May 19, 2016, Vinny was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma - a rare bone cancer that affects less than 200 children every year in the U.S. Upon his diagnoses he started treatment immediately. He is currently going through treatments which include aggressive chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
