My Story
Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer every year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent, and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
William was a sweet boy, he battled his condition for more than two and a half years, but he was getting sicker and sicker, hospitals in our state couldn't offer anything more. We looked for other options in another state, and the only one that was more viable was a treatment offered by the Boston hospital, and we could take it in our city, with their direction.
we started this treatment and a clinical trial offered by Penn Medicine, and everything started to work. But my son had pneumonia, which he could not overcome, he was responding for the first time to the treatments and was doing very well, but one lung did not improve. Now he is in Heaven and we want to continue his legacy and support other families and their children that are in treatment and fighting this battle, they need support and love.
