My Story

Riley is a loving handsome 4 year old boy. His journey started two years ago with ear infections in his right ear. Doctors at the time assumed that, that is what it was until January 13th, 2016 when his Primary Doctor sent us to The Children's Hospital because she noticed his head tilt. Their doctors did CT scans, MRI, and found a tumor located behind Riley's right ear. We were than admitted for further testing and after a biopsy (January 18th, 2016) determined our worst fears. Riley was diagnosed with Cancer. He is battling stage two Rhabdomyosarcoma.  So far Riley has completed 32 Treatments of Proton Radiation, and still has a little over 30 weeks of Chemotherapy to complete. Riley has continued to stay strong and keep his faith high! Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
