Lilly Anna Maria Figueroa
Angel
3/17/2011
Lilly was a beautiful, happy and loving lil angel here on earth. She was born with a heart defect and under developed lungs. She came into this world fighting and left the same way. She was deeply and dearly loved by her parents, her sister, family and friends. She was so energetic, she never wanted to sleep, it was almost like she didn't want to miss a thing & trying to live her life to the fullest. At such a young age her father saw she was an old soul, always hugging and kissing and loving everyone.
When she was 2 & 1/2yrs old, she became very ill. She went to the ER where they told her dad she is dehydrated and to try to keep her hydrated and to take her home,. That next morning, Lilly was unresponsive and was rushed to the hospital. I was told she had a brain tumor through 95% of her brain and there was nothing they could do. There is not a second, minute or moment that goes by that Lilly is not truly missed and loved deeply by her family. She will always and forever be in their hearts. I know she will forever be their Angel above keeping watch over themThank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. In 2016 in memory or my beautiful Angel Lilly Anna Maria Figueroa we will open LILLY'S Hope Children's Cancer Foundation. To help off set some of the cost, emotional support and to help all families with living and sleeping children beat this terrible disease! Thank you and God Bless You All!!!!!!
