Keira was diagnosed on May 15th after she had been sick for over a month with what they though was a sinus infection. That day she walked into my classroom and told me she couldn't see out of her right eye. We later found out that the tumor took her eye sight and spread to her lungs, bone marrow, arm, and back. Keira was a spunky, outgoing, fun loving, little girl. She had seen more loss than any child should have to see, including her best friend who went to see Jesus in July 2015. When she passed away in May 2017, I know she was greeted by many who love her so much. I know she is now in perfect peace out of pain and with our amazing Lord! She is running the streets of gold with her best friend and the many other people who were waiting for her. Thank you all for loving her so! She was truly #Keirastrong
We have to stop this horrible monster! These kids deserve more!
