My Story

My name is Navada. I was told on Christmas Eve 2014 that I had Nonhodgkins, Large Cell, Anaplastic, Lymphoma..it's a big name and the words get jumbled sometimes...But... since then, my Mom and I have been living at St Jude Hospital in Memphis, TN. I miss my home, my family and friends. But I know this treatment is very important to save my life. I worry about my Mom, Rhonda Babin.... She has been here every step of the way... Being my strength when I am too weak on my own. My Dad , Tim Eschete, my big hero has been amazing too. I miss my sister & brother, Johnna & Dakota. I cant wait to go home and have a normal life again. That's all I really pray for now. Just home. Just normal. My aunt Holly Downs McGraw has joined At Baldricks & is shaving her head to raise money in my name for Children's Cancer Research and Awareness. Please help her in our fight against this horrible illness. Your dollar is the first step in belong fund so many wonderful programs that help, save and give hope to thousands of kids just like me. Please find Team Vada here at St Baldricks and help us!!! PLEASE!!!! Thank  you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
