My daughter Madeleine Frady was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme in 2010 at the age of 8. From the beginning we knew the outcome was grim but we didn't want to let that get the best of our final time with her. Madeleine being the sassiest and strongest person I know, fought a valiant fight against cancer. That little girl lived each day to the fullest making the best out of every situation she was faced with. She taught us all a thing or two about courage and bravery. During her entire fight, she was more concerned about others rather than her own ailments. People always said she was an old soul. Her caring nature for others was beyond her years. She lived 14 wonderful months and never gave up hope. She was my light that shined so brightly in my life, and now that light lives within me in my heart. It is impossible to forget such a wondrous soul such as hers. She will forever be missed, but never ever forgotten.
