I'm a smiley lil guy who loves to snuggle with my mommy and daddy while sucking my thumb and cuddling with my taggie. I love to play with my big brother, Atticus! We can play cars all day long!
I was diagnosed on April 25, 2014 at 8 months old with ATRT ( Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor) of the lower spine. I underwent surgery and then started 5 intense rounds of high dose chemotherapy with two rounds of stem cell rescue that spanned across 6 months. On my last round I got VOD and that really really scared my mommy and daddy (as if they weren't scared enough as is). I survived and bounced back just in time to start 6 weeks of radiation. I finished treatment on December 11, 2014 .On January 30 my family got the best news they could ever pray for: I am NED! I have started therapy to learn how to crawl and walk and I'm ready to explore this wonderful world!
Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
