Eli was diagnosed with Pre B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on July 1st, 2013. He was 2.5 yrs old. After 6 months of intense chemotherapy treatment, Eli began his maintenance phase of daily at home chemotherapy and frequent trips to his clinic for additional chemotherapies. During his 2.5 yr treatment for ALL, Eli received countless blood transfusions, hospital stays and was often too sick to attend school, or other things that regular toddlers his age get to do. On Sept 6, 2015 Eli received his last dose of chemotherapy and had his port removed the following January. He is currently off treatment and in remission. He is now enjoying his first year of school, in kindergarten.
