My Story
On October 12,2005 at the age of 2&1/2 years old A tumor was found in Jacobs Brain unexpectedly ,shortly after, we learned he had a very rare type of brain cancer called ATRT, he fought the next two and a half years trying to beat it , On April 24,2008 at the age of 5 yrs old our precious son lost his battle with cancer,
