Thank you for supporting Giza and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
Giza was diagnosed with Bilateral Retinoblastoma, eight cancerous tumors in her eyes, when she was only 10 months. After undergoing numerous chemotherapy treatments, cryotherapy, and laser surgeries, she is currently in remission and just celebrated her one year cancer free anniversary. The doctors say the cancer can come back within the next five years. However, in faith we are trusting God to block that cancer. She still faces five years of medical tests, visits, and costs. While we face days off work, tolls, parking costs, meals, etc. But any parent will do whatever it takes, at all costs, to help their child live.
That's why we are so grateful and blessed to have you visit Giza's page and read her story. You're making a difference in her precious life and ours. God bless you and your family 100 fold.
