My Story

On August 31, 2010, Luke was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He achieved remission within the first month after receiving high doses of chemotherapy. Luke continued his chemotherapy treatment for two years before he relapsed on September 24, 2012. On January 12, 2013, Luke received the gift of life and underwent a bone marrow transplant. It is March of 2014 and we are happy to say, Luke is cancer free. Thank you, God! Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
