Kirsten is a very happy go lucky type of person. That personality
has helped her deal with this horrible disease. She always finds the
brightside to every situation. She has the most beautiful blue eyes
that sparkle even on the bad days. When she was diagnosed, she
looked up at me and said "I am going to fight as hard as I can" and
she is. She loves to go swimming and ride her bike, and since the
limb salvage surgery that she had, those are 2 things she will be
able to do. She can never run, kick, jump or twist again, but she is
ok with that as long as she can still swim and ride her bike.
