Tim enjoyed all types of sports including basketball, baseball,
and soccer. While his illness caused him to miss school
frequently, he was very good at staying caught up and was an excellent student.
In Nov. 2007 Tim relapsed and was hospitalized with
some periodic discharge from the hospital. He was waiting
for a bone marrow transplant that we hoped would take place at the
end of Feb or early March, but Tim was never able to receive his bone marrow transplant as he
passed away on March 19th, 2008.
He fought long and hard but
this terrible disease finally won the battle. We pray that a cure is
in the near future so no family ever has to endure the pain of
losing a child.
