My Story

Rolando is a teenager, 17 years, is a HS senior. When he was diagnosed , he came to the United States looking for a second opportunity for treatment. He is a funny and cheerful young. During the entire treatment he kept his smile and confidence that everything would be fine. He has been  almost three years  cancer free, and started a new life, with new friends and a new school, also has been volunteering in Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital for the last two years. Today, despite the effects of the disease he is really happy. "I am very honored to live here and to have you as friends".
