Madison Lynn Boyer is now 9 years old. She was diagnosed with Chronic myelogenous leukemia on April 27, 2010 when she was 6 years old. Madison has a very loving and caring family. Madison has been strong and brave through these last few years. Madison loves to play outside. She loves animals. This little girl is the most energetic and happy person that you could ever meet. No matter what she is going through, she always has a smile on her face.
Madison receives treatment at Albany Med in New York almost every other week. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy. There was a benefit held for Madison in the summer of 2010 to raise money for her family to help them through these troubling times. It was a great experience and Madison was overwhelmed with joy when she noticed how many people really care about her and support her.
Every day is a new day. Madison is always embracing the day with a smile and a warm heart. It is so encouraging to see how many people really want to step up and help with such a great cause.
