Sydney is a strong child who loves to have fun and learn new things. While timid at first glance, she warms up fast and has everyone she meets laughing before long. She's always on the go! We are happy to report that Sydney has been cancer-free since the end of her treatment in Jan 2012. She currently returns to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital every 4 months for checkups.
During her treatment, she made many friends at the hospital. It is for those friends, and children around the world, that we participate in this event. Without the research that St. Jude and similar institutions provide, cancer treatments cannot be improved. St. Baldricks provides grants that helps fund that research.
Help us help Sydney's friends by joining us in raising funds and awareness for the treatment and research of childhood cancers.
