Presley is one of the strongest little fighters I know. Shortly after her first round of chemotherapy in August 2011, her lung and kidneys began to fail. She was put on a respirator and dialysis machine, the Dr.'s had little hope her body could survive this at only 5 months old. Within 1 week, she came off the respirator and shortly after that her kidneys started to function again. To this day, she's had no respiratory or kidney problems.
She has a sassy, contagious spirit that makes it hard not to instantly fall in love upon meeting her. She loves to wear pink, play with all her stuffed animals, and her favorite show is Yo Gabba Gabbba. Although she relapsed in February 2012, she continues to fight to get back into remission. Once that's achieved, she will require a bone marrow transplant to save her life. Presley is truly an angel sent from above to teach us all what life is really about. Thank you everyone for all your kindness and support these last few months.
