My Story
April of 2009 brought a devastating diagnosis to little Caitlyn Stefanak. Being strong and having the will to fight is what brought her to valiantly battle Stage 4 Neuroblastoma with everything she had. Throughout her 4 short years she touched the hearts of all those who met her. She had a smile that would instantly melt your heart and a personality that was contagious. After giving it all she had and fighting as hard she could Caitlyn finally succumbed to her cancer on February 20, 2011. Throughout her treatments she lost her hair several times and had always dreamed of having long locks.
