Shelby is a very energetic and compassionate girl who really enjoys life. She loves getting together with her friends and hates to miss out on anything. Her favorite activities are playing soccer, swimming, ice skating, putt putt golf, and pretty much any kind of craft activity. She also loves school and is a passionate reader. Singing and dancing are also one of her main loves and Taylor Swift is pretty much the cat's meow. She has a special fondness for animals and her cat Ella is always somewhere close by. Shelby has been battling ALL since she was three years old and has had numerous rounds of chemo, radiation, and procedures in the last five years. In 2010 she underwent a bone marrow transplant with an unrelated donor and has been in remission ever since. She is very grateful to the person who has given her this beautiful gift of life, as is anyone else who has had the privilege to know Shelby.
