My Story
Alyssa is a very energetic 7 yr old. She loves going to school, being with her friends, and softball. She loves to do anything that is very active. She loves her brother and sister and doing anything they do. Alyssa has said since she has got sick and now that she is better she wants to be a dr. and help other people with cancer.
At the age of 4 she got diagnosed with Stage 3 wilms tumor and had to go through 12weeks of chemo to shrink tumor then remove kidney then another 12 weeks of chemo and radating. The most amazing thing is she was the one trying to hold everybody together and take care of us. I still remember like it was yesterday she had gotten her kidney removed and all she had wanted was to get up and ride her bike she loves bikes. All the drs and nurses were all so shocked that a 4yr old had just gotten her kidney removed the day before and was up on the go and wanting to ride her bike.
She always talk about cancer and wants to know about all cancers, what they do and how she can help. She is god's angel.
