Oliver Canales is a very happy, care-free child that loves to be on the go. I guess what ten year old doesn't?! He loves to play outside, pretty much doing whatever his big brother is doing. Loves to play soccer, basketball, baseball, bean-bags, puzzles, loves to swim and help his dad with whatever handy, do-it-yourself project he is working on. He is a total boy and loves his target practice with his bow and arrow and riding his four wheeler. Oliver loves animals, especially his dog Skipps. He has grown so fond of the superhero Batman, he has quite the collection! He enjoys going to the park and especially likes hanging out with his cousins! He is a very caring boy, likes taking care of his mom! Since diagnosis, these things have definitely slowed down, but not stopped. Oliver is currently struggling with his third relapse and is awaiting a life saving treatment at C.H.O.P. He has recently lost half of his vision and most of his hearing from this horrible disease. We continue to keep our heads up and fight with all we have. God willing, he will receive this treatment soon and be back to his old self in no time!!
