Sully is a laugher. He will laugh at anything silly, including himself. He will laugh until no sound comes out, & he's convulsing on the floor. AFV is one of his favorite TV shows. And Tom & Jerry, & the Three Stooges. Slapstick anyone? He is also focused. He will doggedly work on a project until completion, & is dreaming of the day he can get his hands on the LEGO Death Star, & tackle it with Daddy.*
God led our family to discover Tribble the Tumor, when we tried to ascertain why Sully walks on his toes. The MRI did not reveal a tethered spine like we anticipated, but a mass in his chest cavity - Neuroblastoma. As we deal with this thorn in our sides, we have a tremendous opportunity to rest in God's perfect peace, & take comfort in His love. He has used many people to minister to us in these last few years & we are so grateful to the One who heals.
*Sully did receive his LEGO Death Star from VERY kind friends. He had fun building it, & building it again after it fell on the floor...
