It has been a precious gift to watch my child grow. Will LOVES video games - something they got addicted to while spending time in the hospital, and never really got over it. Will also loves to spend time on-line, and has amassed a bunch of friends that way. Will was officially diagnosed with cancer just after turning 4, and was in active treatment for about six months. In reviewing other pathology taken from a lung surgery just before Will's 1st birthday, it was determined that Will actually had cancer for the very first time at the young age of 10 months. Will's cancer is so rare that it isn't on the list on this website. It is called Pleuropulmonary Blastoma, or PPB. You can learn more about PPB at PPBRegistry.org.
