My Story
On November 5th 2008 when Jaide was 13 months old she was in alot of pain crying screaming nothing or nobody could console her. We took Jaide to the pediatrician and they said that they could not figure out what was wrong with her, they said this is not our normal happy go lucky Jaide. They told us to take her to St. Joseph's hospital, it was then that we found out that jaide had stage 3 intermediate risk neuroblastoma. All the doctors kept saying was it is a huge tumor. It went from her neck of the bladder to the bottoms of her kidneys. It had taken up her whole abdomen. Jaide went though 8 rounds of chemo and numerous surgeries now currently Jaide is in remission, but has no function in her bladder and only part function in her colon. She is the happiest 3 year old you will meet. She is outgoing and amazing. Jaide loves to play outside. She also loves belle and the other princesses. She loves to color and write her name. She is a very smart and happy 3 year old. She is very active.
