Dana was first diagnosed with cancer when she was two years old. After surgery and several rounds of chemotherapy, she hoped she was through with cancer. Unfortunately, three and a half years later a relapse was detected. More chemotherapy and surgeries followed until she was again pronounced cancer free. Dana is now twelve years old and has been cancer free and out of treatment for five years. She plays field hockey and suffers no medical limitations due to her battle with cancer. Thank you for your willingness to help get rid of childhood cancer
