Hannah was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia when she was two in 2007. She spent two and a half years in treatment and finished in 2010. Since then, there has been a lot of testing and follow-up appointments to make sure that the leukemia hasn't returned and to assess for any late term effects from the treatment. Being so young, she is at high risk for developmental and physical problems from the chemotherapy. We are happy to report that Hannah is now a very healthy and vibrant eight year old. We just moved to Sydney, Australia and Hannah has adjusted very well to her new home. She has made new friends easily and enjoys being active. We are blessed!!
