My Story
Evan was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) on July 1, 2008. He under went two Bone Marrow Transplants as he rejected the initial one. Evan has spent a good portion of the last 20 months on the HOT unit at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Evan is an incredibly brave warrior and a true inspiration to all he touches. Evan's AML is currently in remission, although he has several transplant related complications.
Evan loves riding horses and participates at Midwest Therapeutic Riding Program for Therapeutic Riding. He has only been able to ride three times since he was diagnosed. When Evan grows up he wants to be a Vet and take care of horses. Join us in the fight against Childhood Cancer, together we can be victorious!
