My Story
On May 7, 2008 at the age of 21 months Kale was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). No one ever thinks it could be your child, but I can tell you first hand it could be!
Since his diagnosis, Kale has endured more than most people will in a LIFETIME! Hundreds of blood draws, countless x-rays, MRI's, CT Scans, 25 Lumbar Punctures, over 40 blood transfusions-just a small portion of what Kale has overcome!
On June 21, 2015 Kale reached the milestone of 7 years in REMISSION.
Kale is such a fighter. He is such an inspiration to our family. Kale is my HERO!!
