My Story

Celestine was born to us in 2005 and brought such joy to my wife and I. She is our first born daughter and first grandchild in both my side and my wife's side of the family. Her radiance for life and learning has made us extremely proud parents. She will be turning four this year but already has done wonderful things older children can do. On March 23rd, 2009 our lives changed completely when we took our little angel to her pediatrician to treat an ear infection. Thank God that her pediatrician noticed she was getting unexplainable bruising. We were asked to take her to the ER for some blood tests and were immediately admitted to the Hospital. The rest became a blur when the doctors confirmed our little angel had blood cancer. Now we are in a fight for her life.
