I have shaved my hair and beard in honor of Heidi Rensink. I have been Heidi's Pediatric Oncologist since she was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor (Glioblastoma) in 2004. The tumor responded well to surgery, radiation and chemotherapy but recurred in 2007. Despite additional surgery and chemotherapy, She lost the battle to a 3rd recurrence of the tumor. Heidi's courage, determination and fighting spirit continue to be an inspiration to me. Her full story can be read at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/heidirensink
