Mason is a fun-loving child who likes anything Star Wars and Lego. He was initially thought to have a flu-like virus but when he didn't improve he was tested for leukemia. His leukemia is responding nicely to treatment but he has experienced several "bumps in the road" from the treatment. Mason seems to have experienced the reactions that occur less than 1% of the time. We just believe this is Mason continuing to show his uniqueness. Two strokes later and 5 months of rehab treatment, Mason is finally back in school. Teachers have said, "It's just like Mason picked up where he left off." Thankfully, the only noticeable difference in Mason is fatigue. Mason continues to be the "Amazing Mason."
