Destiny was diagnosed with ALL in 2008 and was in remission for about a year when she relapsed one day after her 10th birthday. She was under treatment and had been a true hero and inspiration to alot of us. She was getting tired and refused chemo but got back on track. She had grown up a little to no more Hannah Montana and Justin Bieber and she loved to sing and knew practically all the songs on the radio. She also loved listening to Alicia Keys. She said one day she will be a super star! She was very outspoken and told you how she felt. She was finally back in school, was scared in the beginning because she missed out on so much but she was doing great. She was sad at first because as you can see in her picture her hair was starting to grow but it is fell off again and this was so hard for her being in school. She said everyone stared at her and it made her uncomfortable. I told her she is beautiful inside and out, hair or no hair! Bald is beautiful!
