Gia is a bright, funny little girl full of life and laughter. She was diagnosed with cancer in her liver and adrenal glands when she was only 3 months old. That was the day her fight began. As her cancer spreads, her spirit continues to grow. She knows no fear and is always ready with a smile and a hug.
She goes to school, fights with her sisters and carries her flying pig, a gift from Officer Jim Seneca of Cops Fighting Cancer, with her everywhere she goes. Giavanna has a new found passion for cheerleading. She hopes to be like her big cousin and cheer for her high school someday.
