THE PICTURE SHOWN ABOVE IS MASON'S LAST DAY OF CHEMO. But this picture of him getting his finger stuck is no different than any other clinic day. It did not bother him to be poked or stuck. He would just say " That hurt". If he said anything at all.
Mason is a carefree child, considering what he has gone through. He could play video games all day or he could go and play baseball or soccer and that would also make him happy. He is very smart and concerned about others.
It is great to see him active again. Some times I tell him to sit down and I think back on the times that I wanted him running around, not lying in a hospital bed or on the couch watching TV, because that is all he could do.
We are all greatful and thank God everyday for Mason's good health.
