Quinn was diagnosed at 18 months,we did a year of out patient chemo, it came back in his empty pocket on his left side where kidney had been removed. We then did 40 rounds of radiation and lived at sick kids for a year of heavy chemos. While we were doing this it metastasized to his lung. We had a priest come in a pray over him and the next day went in for surgery.About half an hour into the surgery the nurse came out and said in her 25 years of nursing she had never seen this. The doctors could not find it they are calling it a miracle. Our last chemo was 911 and Quinn is now 11 and doing amazing. We just came home from a day of down hill skiing. He plays the guitar and loves to draw. If anyone needs my ear to talk too, I would be honored to be there for anyone going through this . I never prayed for a miracle, I just near stopped believing in God.All you parents out there who go through this heart wrenching experience you are HERO"S and all the children we have lost are not lost at all but are with God waiting for us to come one day. These kids are angels.Love from a mom who knows your pain. Cathy Murphy-Pugliese
