My Story
Charlie is only three years old but he's already survived a lifetime of struggles. Now he is working on just being a rough and tumble three year old boy who looks up to his big brother. He likes to splash in the surf at the beach, steal cheese from the fridge, chew on his stuffed dog's tail, and hide his mommy's keys. Charlie can blaze through a room like his hair is on fire but then snuggle up to you on the couch with a bear hug that is twice his size. Charlie is wild, mischievous, curious, and tooth-ache sweet.
Charlie was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma and Opsoclonus Myoclonus Syndrome when he was 20 months old. Today his cancer is in remission and he continues aggressive treatments for his OMS.
