My angel Matt is my hero and an inspiration to all who met him. Diagnosed at age 6 with a 21 x 18cm tumor in his liver which spread into his aorta. Matt relapsed 5 times and spent 41/2yrs on treatment. Surgery, chemo, radiation, stem cell transplant and much of that time in or at hospital. Matt never complained once and raised almost 1million dollars for cancer research. Matt was tired and fell asleep forever on December 30,2001. He NEVER lost his battle with cancer, fighting til the end. Matt taught me things that I as his mum should have taught him. I miss him so very much.
